To enable healing, personal growth and self-sustainability by compassionately supporting the educational and professional endeavors of women in crisis; to assist in their integration and re-entry into the workforce. Also to establish strong families and communities by building an organization of diverse men and women who will exemplify leadership and professionalism based upon the principles of Wisdom, Service, Excellence, Endurance, and Unity. To empower youth through mentoring programs, technology training and workforce development in California.
